Athlete Mentoring

Our Athlete Mentoring and sport specific coaching is for athletes who want guidance to get the most out of their bodies and reach the elite tier of their sport.

Nick’s takes a compassionate and understanding approach to coaching informed by his experience as an Olympic rower and sports coach.

Health and Personal Development Coaching

We offer coaching to help you ground in your body and find a sense of ease and understanding with your health.

We help with issues such as sleep quality, stress management, mindset, meditation and training recovery.

This service is informed by Nick’s work as a Mental Fitness Ambassador for the Black Dog Institute and Australian Institute of Sport.

Individualised Programming

Our Training programs support online clients at all levels with a training program that not only provides guidance and structure, but also education to grow your autonomy and training IQ.

It is also appropriate for individuals with specific physical performance goals, such as a sporting, military or personal endeavour.

About your coach

Nick is a Personal Trainer, Olympian and World Championships Medallist. He has a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Technology Sydney.

He has over a decade of experience coaching and participating in a range of sports and exercise forms including rowing, yoga, weightlifting, boxing, open-water swimming, water polo, surfing, running and cycling.

In the past Nick has been a Mental Fitness Ambassador for the Australian Institute of Sport and the Black Dog Institute and has almost a decade of meditation experience.

Nick has developed his coaching from a deep passion into the pursuit of excellence in life. Through his experience in high-performance sport, health coaching and professional communication, he has developed an understanding that the body is the original source of all our potential.
